Refund policy
We publish our refund rules so nothing has to be negotiated after the fact.
Happiest Launch is a brand operated by Happyhands Accounting Solutions Private Limited.
Before work starts
Full refund of the professional fee, less payment gateway charges.
After onboarding, before filing
Refund of the professional fee less the work already performed, itemised in writing. Government fees already paid are not refundable.
After a filing is submitted
No refund of government fees. Professional fees are refundable only where we failed to deliver the agreed scope.
Rejection by the authority
We refile at no additional professional fee where the rejection is due to an error on our part. Re-submission government fees are payable at actuals.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. Payment gateway charges and GST already remitted to the government are deducted where they cannot be reclaimed.
