Engagement
Happiest Launch is a brand operated by Happyhands Accounting Solutions Private Limited. Services are provided by that legal entity on the scope stated in the package or written quote accepted by you. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately before work begins.
Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate, legible and complete documents and information. Government portals reject filings for mismatched or expired documents; delays caused by pending information are outside our control and do not extend fee obligations.
Government fees and statutory outcomes
Government fees, stamp duty and portal charges are payable at actuals and are not refundable once a filing is submitted. Approval is at the discretion of the relevant authority; we do not guarantee any statutory outcome or a specific approval date.
Fees and payment
Fees are payable in advance unless an advance-and-balance schedule is agreed. A GST invoice is issued for every payment received.
Confidentiality
Documents and information you share are used solely to deliver the engaged services and are disclosed only to the professionals and authorities involved in that work.
Limitation of liability
Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the professional fee received for the affected engagement. We are not liable for penalties arising from information withheld or provided late by you.
Not legal representation
We provide professional advisory and filing services. Nothing on this site constitutes legal advice or creates an attorney-client relationship.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
